Hi, I’m Ronja Bergström, a women’s fitness coach dedicated to helping ambitious women build strength, confidence, and balance in their lives.

I became Swedish Champion in Bikini Fitness and achieved 3rd place at the European Championships in 2023,

but I’ve since embraced a more balanced approach, living as I now coach—to be my strongest self in all aspects.

I created the 90-Days Strong & Confident because I saw there where missing a realistic, sustainable program that empower you to reach your goals, no matter how busy life gets and without restrictions.

What kind of results can I expect in 90 days?
While results vary based on your starting point and commitment, many clients experience increased strength, improved confidence, and visible physical changes. More importantly, you’ll develop lifelong habits and a healthier relationship with food and fitness.
What if I miss a week or fall behind?
Life happens, and that’s okay! The program is flexible, and I’m here to support you if you need to adjust your plan. This journey is about progress, not perfection, so don’t worry if things don’t go perfectly every week.
How much do I need to work out?
Most of my clients work out 3 times a week, with each session lasting around 30 minutes. However, it depends on your lifestyle and what your specific goals are. We’ll work together to create a routine that fits your life.
Do I need any special equipment for the workouts?
For home workouts, you’ll only need a few basic items, like dumbbells or resistance bands. If you’re working out in a gym, we’ll make the most of the equipment available there. I’ll guide you on what you need based on your setup.
How is the program delivered?
The program materials, workout plans, and nutrition guidance are delivered through an online platform that you can access anytime, anywhere. Weekly check-ins will keep us connected, and you’ll have access to our supportive community as well.
What happens after the 90 days?
Once you complete the program, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to continue your journey independently. Many clients choose to stay connected through our community, and I offer options for ongoing support if you’re interested.
Can I continue eating my favorite foods?
Yes! My approach to nutrition is all about flexibility and balance, not restriction. You’ll learn how to include your favorite foods in a way that supports your goals and keeps you feeling great.
